USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the application nozzle for directing sealant. Cut the threaded end under an angle of 45° in a way so that a suitable opening for application is produced. Place the cartridge together with the applicator in the gun and fill the installation nozzle with sealant by pressing the gun’s trigger.

Apply sealant in the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing the gun’s trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle continuously along the joint. After applying the sealant, smoothen it with a rubber silicone scraper. Remove excess material.

Ensure adequate ventilation in all joint locations. During the curing process, make sure that no impurities can settle on the surface and that the joint surface is not affected by mechanical load.

Joints may become yellow as a results of continuous water contact, which, however, does not affect material quality.

Joint edges may be taped, however, the tape should be removed immediately after finishing of the product or curing of the sealing.

After drying, PENOSIL Premium All Weather’s surface will be slightly sticking.

Dried surface may be painted with paints and varnishes available in stores. When painting non-cured surfaces, drying of the sealant may slow down, provided that non-solvent containing paints are used.

TIPS

• Before use, keep for 24 h at room temperature.
• Usage temperature between -5°C and +40°C.
• Surfaces have to be cleaned from dust and loose particles. Porous surfaces should be dry and oil-free.
