USAGE INSTRUCTION

Put the application nozzle on the tip of the gun. Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times.  Hold the foam can in upright position, turn the gun to the can by holding the gun handle with one hand, and turn the can with the other hand. Make sure that the gun is not pointed at other persons when turning it. The can must not be screwed to the gun with the valve upside down or by turning the gun on the can.

Turn the can upside down and start applying. The output of adhesive can be adjusted by the gun trigger. Rotate the nozzle as needed (for vertical or horizontal application).

Allow the adhesive to dry to a clear, tacky film before placing carpet tiles in position. Adhesive must be kept free of dust during this curing period.

Lay tiles and press firmly from the centre outwards to exclude air and to ensure overall contact. Pay attention to the edges.

When installation is complete, a weighted roller or glider should be used.

TIPS

• All materials should be acclimated to room temperature a minimum of 24-hours prior to installation.
• Optimal usage temperature is between +18 °C and +25 °C.
• Instructions by the manufacturer of the floorcovering should be followed.
• Underfloor heating must be switched off for 48 hours before and after the installation.
• The substrate should be ready for installation, i.e. strong, clean, dry, and free of oil, dust and fat.
• Very absorbent surfaces should be primed before.
• Cracks in the substrate should be repaired.
• Remove all traces of polish and contaminants on existing floor coverings.

LIMITATIONS

• Not suitable for paraffin wax treated fire-proofing and waterproofing chipboards.
• Do not use where temperatures below +5ºC are possible.
• Relative humidity should not exceed 75%.
• Do not place tiles before the adhesive has dried to a clear film (on average 30 min). This may result in permanent bonding
• Do not install on substrates not protected from rising damp.
