USAGE INSTRUCTION

Shake the foam can well and quickly insert it into the gun’s adapter in order to avoid foam leaks.
Changes in the foam density (or viscosity) may cause the foam to leak from the adjustment screw of the needle seal. In this case, immediately remove the foam from the gun parts and tighten the screw clockwise using a wrench.

The foam flow is adjusted from the gun butt. Turn the foam flow adjustment wheel clockwise to reduce the foam flow and/or to apply a thinner layer. Turn the adjustment wheel counter-clockwise to increase the foam flow and/or to achieve a thicker layer. The foam flow must be adjusted in order to achieve the best possible results.

While spraying or injecting the foam, make sure that the tip of the barrel mouth of the gun cannot break while in contact with a surface.
Quickly remove the empty foam can from the gun. Immediately clean the adapter of any foam. If the can is not completely empty yet and you wish to use it again, clean the can valve as well. Clean the tip of the barrel mouth of the gun too in order to remove any foam. Attach the cleaner can to the gun adapter and spray until the gun is completely clean.

TIPS

• If you have attached the foam can to the foam spray gun and your work is done before the can is empty, you may use the foam can again within 14 days without having to remove the can from the gun.

LIMITATIONS

• The foam gun must only be used with the intended polyurethane foams.
• The gun must not be thrown, bent, left under heavy objects or used as a hammer.
• Do not, under any circumstances, point the foam gun towards yourself or any other person.
