USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

310 ml cartridge:

Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the application nozzle for directing the silicone.

Cut the threaded end under an angle of 45° in a way where a suitable opening for application is produced.

Place the cartridge together with the applicator in the gun and fill the installation nozzle with silicone by repeatedly pressing the gun trigger.

Apply silicone in the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing on gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle continuously along the joint.

After application of the silicone, smooth it with a rubber silicone scraper and remove the excess material.

600 ml foil package:

Open the application nozzle of the gun, insert the package in the gun and open on the applicator side by removing the fastening clamp.

Place the applicator nozzle on the opened end and screw on the cap.

Apply silicone in the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing on gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle along the joint.

After application, smooth the silicone surface with a rubber silicone scraper and remove the excess material.

TIPS

• The surfaces to seal must be clean from fat, oil, dust and loose particles.
• The surface to be covered must be dry.
• Ensure adequate ventilation in all joint locations.
• During the curing process, make sure that no impurities can settle on the surface and that the joint surface is not affected by mechanical load.
• Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C.
• Uncured sealant, tools and hands can be cleaned with PENOSIL Premium Cleaning Wipes.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not use for sealing aquariums and underwater joints.
• Do not use as adhesive during facade works.
• Silicone cannot be painted.
