USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Place tightly on a fresh waterproofing compound at the corners at least 20 cm wide and at the joints with a 10 cm-wide strip of reinforcing fabric. Avoid air bubbles. Immediately afterwards, the fabric must be covered with a second layer of mastic. Ensure that the fabric is properly impregnated with the mastic. The overlap of fabric must be 5−7 cm if applied side by side.

Pipe penetrations must also be surrounded by reinforcement fabric same way. To do this, cut a piece of reinforcing fabric about 10×10 cm. Cut a hole 4−5 mm smaller than the outside diameter of the tube in the middle of the fabric. Place reinforcement on first layer of fresh mastic and cover tightly with second layer.
Around the bathroom trap, use a fabric at least 3 times the diameter of the opening, preferably two layers on top of each other. Check that both fabrics are soaked with the waterproofing mastic. Apply AquaBrake Fiber to the reinforcement fabric and finally to the entire surface that needs insulation

TIPS

• The thickness of the dried water barrier mass on the walls must be min. 0.5 mm, on the floor 0.7 mm, around the trap 1.5 mm.
