USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the application nozzle for directing the silicone.

Cut the threaded end in a way so that a suitable opening for application is produced.

Place the cartridge together with the applicator in the gun and fill the installation nozzle with silicone by pressing the gun’s trigger.

Apply silicone in the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing the gun’s trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle continuously along the joint.

After applying the silicone, smoothen it with a rubber acrylic scraper. Remove excess silicone.

TIPS

• The surfaces must be clean from fat, oil, dust and loose particles.
• The surface to be covered must be dry.
• Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, non-fluffy cotton cloth.
• Solvent rests should be removed before evaporating with a clean cloth.
• Ensure adequate ventilation in all joint locations.
• During the curing process, make sure that no impurities can settle on the surface and that the joint surface is not affected by mechanical load.
• Do not use at temperatures below +5°C

LIMITATIONS

• Do not use in applications requiring contact with natural stones (e.g. marble and granite), fibre cement and mortar, as acetic acid evolves during the curing process.
• Due to corrosion, do not use in contact with metals such as lead, copper, brass and zinc.
• May discolour in contact with some plastics such as EPDM and neoprene.
• Cannot be painted.
