USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the tip of the cartridge. Screw on the nozzle and cut an opening at a 45° angle which is slightly larger than the joint to be sealed.

Place the cartridge to a sealant gun. Apply the sealant by keeping an even pressure at the gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle along the joint.

Remove the excess sealant and smoothen the surface with a suitable tool.

TIPS

• Surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry and free from any dust, loose particles and old sealant residues.
• If necessary, multiple layer can be applied. Cured product can be sanded. Sanding dust must be removed from surfaces before painting.
• Uncured product can be removed with water or PENOSIL Premium Cleaning Wipes.
• Due to the wide variety of construction materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.

LIMITATIONS

• Not suitable for movable joints.
• Not suitable for surfaces in constant contact with water or damp conditions.
• Due to oxidation risk, not suitable for untreated metals.
• Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C.
• Can not be applied on bitumen or on building materials which might bleed oils, plasticizers, or solvents (e.g. natural or synthetic rubber, chloroprene, EPDM or flexible PVC).
