USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

310 ml cartridge:

Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the application nozzle for directing the silicone.

Cut the threaded end under an angle of 45° in a way where a suitable opening for application is produced.

Place the cartridge together with the applicator in the gun and fill the installation nozzle with silicone by repeatedly pressing the gun trigger.

Apply silicone in the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing on gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle continuously along the joint.

After application of the silicone, smooth it with a rubber silicone scraper and remove the excess material.

600 ml foil package:

Open the gun’s dispenser nozzle, place the package in the gun and open its dispenser side end by removing the bracket.

Place the dispenser nozzle on the open end and screw on the cap.

Apply the silicone to the joint by pressing the gun’s trigger repeatedly and evenly and by dragging the nozzle steadily across the joint.

After application, smooth the surface of the silicone with a rubber smoothing tool and remove any excess sealant.

TIPS

• The surfaces to be bonded must be free of grease, oil, dust and loose particles.
• The surface to be covered must be dry.
• Ensure sufficient ventilation in all jointed locations.
• During curing, make sure no dirt falls on the material’s surface and that the surface of the joint is not under mechanical stress.
• Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C.
• Due to the abundance of materials, we recommend testing the suitability and adhesion of the product before use.
• If necessary, use a primer to improve adhesion.

LIMITATIONS

• Not suitable for surfaces containing bitumen or on construction materials that may emit oils, plasticisers or solvents (e.g. natural or synthetic rubber, chloroprene, EPDM rubber, etc.)
• Not recommended for natural stone, e.g. marble and granite.
• Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE (Teflon®) or Plexiglas (PMMA).
• Not suitable for use as structural glazing glue.
• Not paintable.
