USAGE INSTRUCTION

Screw the applicator into suitable position (for horizontal or vertical spraying) onto the gun.

Shake the foam can intensively at least 20 times and screw it onto the gun, holding the handle of the gun with one hand and screwing the can with the other. While screwing, make sure that the gun is not pointed at anyone. Do not screw the can onto the gun with the valve facing downwards or screw the gun above the can.

When the can is connected to the gun, turn the can to the working position so that the bottom is up.

To start working, press on the trigger of the gun.

A suitable distance for spraying the foam is approximately 40 cm from the surface, but changing the distance permits adjusting the width of the area to be covered – the closer you spray, the narrower the area covered.

TIPS

• It is recommended to apply the foam by 2 cm layers at the maximum. Wait approx. 30 minutes before applying the next layer.
• This ensures that the structure and properties of the foam are the best.
• A moistened base surface ensures faster foam curing and better results as the foam expands due to humidity. It is recommended to dampen the surface before applying the next foam layer. Check that there are no water droplets on the surface.
• At low temperatures the foam can must be warmed before work. The temperature of the warming room or water must not exceed +30°C.
• Air temperature during application +10°C to +30°C, best results at +20°C.
• Can temperature during application +18°C to +28°C, best results at +20°C.
• The surfaces must be clean from dust, loose particles and oil.

LIMITATIONS

• To protect the surrounding surfaces, it is recommended to cover them with paper, film or other suitable material.
• Do not use on surfaces that are in constant contact with water.
• Insulation foam does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®) or silicone surfaces. Given the large difference of materials, we recommend conducting preliminary tests to determine the product’s suitability.
