USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the application nozzle for directing sealant.

Cut the threaded end under an angle of 45° in a way so that a suitable opening for application is produced.

Place the cartridge together with the applicator in the gun and fill the installation nozzle with sealant by pressing the gun’s trigger.

Apply sealant in the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing the gun’s trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle continuously along the joint.

After applying the sealant, smoothen it with a rubber scraper. Remove excess material. In some cases, it is better to use a putty scraper.

Ensure adequate ventilation in all joint locations.

During the curing process, make sure that no impurities can settle on the surface and that the joint surface is not affected by mechanical load.

TIPS

• The surfaces must be cleaned from fat, oil, dust and loose particles.
• Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, non-fluffy cotton cloth.
• Solvent rests should be removed before evaporating with a clean cloth.
• Slightly dampen very porous surfaces before application.
• Usage temperature between -5°C and +40°C.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not use in contact with natural stones (e.g. marble and granite), fibre cement and mortar.
• Do not use in contact with metals such as lead, copper, brass and zinc.
• Do not use in contact with pre-strained polyacrylate or polycarbonate parts.
• May discolour in contact with some plastics such as EPDM, APTK, and neoprene.
• Do not use for sealing of engine cylinder or parts continuously exposed to fuel.
