USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the application nozzle for directing sealant. Cut the threaded end under an angle of 45° in a way so that a suitable opening for application is produced. Place the cartridge together with the applicator in the gun and fill the installation nozzle with sealant by pressing the gun’s trigger.

Apply sealant in the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing the gun’s trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle continuously along the joint. After applying the sealant, smoothen it with a rubber silicone scraper. Remove excess material. In some cases, it is better to use a putty scraper.

After installation, the joint should be protected against water, dirt and high mechanical stress until a permanent film forms on the surface. After full drying of the parquet layer, it can be polished with a relevant machine or manually. Before polishing, make sure that the layer is hard enough and fully dried. Do not use too coarse abrasive paper that could damage the joint.
After the parquet layer has fully dried, it can be varnished with most parquet lacquers after testing the compatibility between the sealant and the varnish.

TIPS

• The surfaces must be clean from dust, wax, oil and loose particles.
• Usage temperature between +5°C and +40°C.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not use on surfaces in permanent contact with water.
• High moisture level slows down the drying process.
• Putty does not resist high deformations, in moving joints, elastic materials such as silicone sealants should be used.
