USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

310 ml cartridge:

Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the application nozzle for directing acrylic.

Cut the threaded end in a way where a suitable opening for application is produced.

Place the cartridge together with the applicator in the gun and fill the installation nozzle with acrylic by repeatedly pressing the gun trigger.

Apply acrylic in the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing on gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle continuously along the joint.

After applying the acrylic, smoothen it with a rubber scraper.

Remove excess acrylic.

600 ml foil package:

Open the application nozzle of the gun, insert the package in the gun and open on the applicator side by removing the fastening clamp.

Place the applicator nozzle on the opened end and screw on the cap.

Apply acrylic in the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing on gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle along the joint.

After application, smooth the acrylic surface with a rubber scraper and remove excess material.

Maximum connection surface 30×20 mm; for bigger joints, the joints should be filled in two layers, thereby letting the first layer completely dry (curing speed 2.5-3 mm a day).

Can be painted after final drying the duration of which depends on joint dimensions (curing speed 2.5-3 mm a day).

If painted earlier, the drying of acrylic may cause cracks in the paint.

TIPS

• Application temperature from +5 °C to +40 °C.
• The surfaces must be clean from fat, oil, dust and loose particles.
• The surface to be covered must be dry.
• The product cures by means of desiccation (water evaporation).
• High humidity, low temperatures and high joint depth can delay skin formation and curing significantly.
• It is strongly recommended to cover cured caulk with a suitable paint to guarantee its longevity and similar colour shade with the background surface.
• Paintable after the final curing.
• Curing time depends on the size of the joint.
• Early painting may cause cracking of the paint.
• Ensure adequate ventilation in all joint locations.
• During the curing process, make sure that no impurities can settle on the surface and that the joint surface is not affected by mechanical load.
• Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C.

LIMITATIONS

• Not suitable for use in joints or connections with a movement capacity over 12.5%.
• Not suitable for use in connections that are in constant contact with water.
