USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Cut open the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the installation nozzle to direct the flow of the adhesive. Cut the nozzle so that the hole is sufficient for application of the necessary amount of adhesive. Place the cartridge with the nozzle into the gun and pump the adhesive mass into the nozzle by repeatedly pressing the gun trigger. Apply the adhesive mass to the surface and press immediately to the base surface. Mounted parts require a support for at least 2-3 hours, heavier and hanging parts until the final curing of the glue. The final adhesion of the adhesive depends on the thickness of the adhesive, the materials to be glued and the ambient humidity. One of the glued surfaces should be water vapor permeable to allow the adhesive to dry. After final curing the glue can be overprinted with acrylic paint.

TIPS

• Application temperature range: from +5 °C to +30 °C.
• Surfaces must be free from dirt, dust, loose particles and oil.
• Sufficient ventilation must be provided to release moisture during curing.
• Test the adhesion of the adhesive on the substrate before use in order to make sure that the product is suitable for the intended purpose.
• To remove adhesive that is not yet cured you can use PENOSIL Premium Cleaning Wipes or an organic solvent, for example petroleum spirits (White Spirit) or acetone.
• Cured adhesive can be removed mechanically.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not use for underwater work or areas that are in constant contact with water.
• Pre-test required for natural stone.
