USAGE INSTRUCTION

Two-way contact: Apply the adhesive on one of the surfaces to be bonded, press the surfaces to be bonded firmly together and thereat part from one another.

Keep the surfaces separated for 3-5 minutes depending on the room conditions and thereat press firmly together. To achieve maximum contact the surfaces must be firmly pressed together and supported.

A mechanical support has to be installed for minimum 24 hours, preferably until the adhesive has completely cured. Avoid any thermal, mechanical or chemical impact before the adhesive has completely cured.

At least one of the surfaces must be porous to ensure evaporation of the solvent.

To achieve a clean and straight edge when sealing or bonding in the areas where the edge of the adhesive remains visible, it is recommended to apply masking tape on the surface, at the edge of the element and to smooth the edge of the adhesive with a spatula.

The tape should be removed immediately after the element to be bonded has been placed, before the adhesive has dried.

TIPS

• Usage temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C.
• Surfaces must be free from dirt, dust, loose particles, water and oil.
• Sufficient ventilation must be provided during use of the product.

LIMITATIONS

• Not suitable for sealing aquariums and underwater joints.
• Test before using on natural stone.
• Not compatible with polyethylene, polypropylene and expanded polystyrene.
• Before using on unknown materials, a bonding test is recommended.
