USAGE INSTRUCTION

Cut open the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the installation nozzle to direct the flow of the adhesive.

Cut the nozzle so that the hole is sufficient for application of the necessary amount of adhesive.

Place the cartridge with the nozzle into the gun and pump the adhesive sealant mass into the nozzle by repeatedly pressing the gun trigger.

Apply adhesive on the surfaces, press them immediately together and support for at least 2 hours. Critical connections and heavier elements require support until the adhesive has completely cured (curing rate 2 mm/24 h).

For sealing apply the multi-purpose adhesive in the joint and smooth with a finger dipped in soapy water or with a rubber silicone spatula before a film is formed.

To achieve a clean and straight edge when sealing or bonding in the areas where the edge of the adhesive sealant remains visible, it is recommended to apply masking tape on the surface, at the edge of the element and to smooth the edge of the adhesive with a spatula.

The tape should be removed immediately after the element to be bonded has been placed, before the adhesive has dried.

TIPS

• Application temperature range: from +5 °C to +40 °C.
• Surfaces must be free from dirt, dust, loose particles and oil.

LIMITATIONS

• Not suitable for sealing aquariums or underwater joints.
• Not suitable for surfaces made of natural stone.
• Does not adhere to silicone and bitumen surfaces and some plastics such as PE, PP and PTFE, also known as Teflon
• coatings.
• Compatibility of paint and adhesive must be tested.
