USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

The amount of foam adhesive exiting the can is controlled by the gun trigger.
Hold the adhesive can in an upright position and screw it onto the gun, holding the handle of the gun with one hand and screwing the can with the other. While screwing, make sure that the gun is not pointed at anyone. Do not screw the can onto the gun with the valve facing downwards or screw the gun above the can. After attaching the gun, shake the can intensely at least 20 times and turn it to the working position.

The amount of foam adhesive exiting the can is controlled by the gun trigger.

Apply the adhesive foam with even strips on the insulation board in parallel with the sides of the insulating board (3-4 cm from the edge) and one strip in the middle of the board parallel to the long side (gaps up to 25 cm). After installing the adhesive foam onto the insulation board, wait ~ 2 minutes and then push the board onto the wall. The evenness of fixed foam polystyrene tiles can be adjusted up to 5 min. For balconies, ceilings or long trusses, use fixing hardware.

A pre-wetted base surface ensures faster foam curing and better results.

TIPS

• Air temperature during use between -5 °C and +30 °C. Best results at +20 °C.
• Can temperature during use between +5 °C and +25 °C. Best results at +20 °C.
• Yield will depend on the operating conditions significantly – the temperature, humidity, and expansion volume.
• The surfaces to be joined must be free of dust, loose particles and oil.
• Moisten the surfaces to achieve faster foam adhesive curing and better results.
• In cold conditions it is necessary to warm up the can in a warm room or warm water (up to 30 °C) before beginning the work.
• Cured foam adhesive can be painted over with water-borne paint.

LIMITATIONS

• Foam adhesive does not stick to Teflon, polyethylene or silicone surfaces.
• The cured foam adhesive is sensitive to UV and sunlight and needs to be coated with a suitable opaque material.
