USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the installation nozzle to direct the flow of the adhesive. Cut the nozzle so that the hole is sufficient for application of the necessary amount of adhesive.

Place the cartridge with the nozzle into the gun and pump the adhesive mass into the nozzle by repeatedly pressing the gun trigger.

For gluing, the surface to be connected should be covered with the adhesive and then pressed together with the substrate. Heavier parts must be supported for at least 2 hours, preferably until the mass has completely cured (curing speed 2,5-3 mm/24 h).

TIPS

• Application temperature range: from +5 °C to +40 °C.
• The surfaces to be bonded must be free of grease, oil, dust, and loose particles.
• Test the adhesion of the product on the substrate before use in order to make sure that the product is suitable for the intended purpose.
• To remove adhesive that is not yet cured you can use PENOSIL Premium Cleaning Wipes or an organic solvent, for example petroleum spirits (White Spirit) or acetone. Cured adhesive can be removed mechanically.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not use for glazing and concrete surfaces and surfaces that may emit oil, plasticisers or solvents (rubber, chloroprene, EPDM, etc.).
• Does not adhere to some plastics such as PE, PP and PTFE, known as Teflon surfaces.
• Do not use for sealing aquariums and underwater joints.
• In case of natural stone, testing must be performed before use.
